DESCRIPTION
Tavon cod liver capsule contains the oil obtained from the fresh liver of the Cod, Gadus callarias (G. momue) and other species of Gadus, refined and clarified by filtration at about 0°C. Cod Liver Oil is a rich source of fat-soluble vitamins A and D.
It contains several unsaturated fatty acids, which are essential food factors. A pale yellow oil with a slight fishy but not rancid odour and taste.

INDICATION
Cod Liver Oil is source of Vitamin A and D, because of its high content of Vitamin D, it is used as a supplement in the diet of infants for the prevention and treatment of rickets. Cod Liver Oil is Nature's Food, very rich in Energy Polyunsaturates fatty acids and Sunshine Vitamins.
It builds a healthy body, sturdy bones and strong teeth. It promotes resistance to cough, chest and bronchial troubles. It builds healthy skin and normal vision.

DOSAGE
One or Two capsules a day or as recommended by the physician. -
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Known hypersensitivity to any of the vitamins in the product. -

STORAGE
Store in cool, dry place. Protect from light. Keep all medicines away from children. -
PRECAUTION
On exposure to sunlight, vitamin A is a rapidly destroyed. On exposure to air, the oil absorbs oxygen and becomes thicker but does not dry to a hard varnish. Inferior or cold oil are liable to be dark in colour, acrid or bitter, unduly acid and somewhat rancid. -
